Where do I begin? The room was disgusting. it smelled like cigarettes despite being labeled nonsmoking. The shower didn’t work, and I had to deal with the inconvenience of moving to another room, which was just as bad. We even found roaches in the room, making our stay an absolute nightmare! This was not the vacation start we anticipated.

I really appreciate the kitchenette with pots and pans, it made our longer stay much easier. The staff was friendly and even fixed an issue with our electronic room lock quickly, which I didn't expect. Felt almost comfortable like home.
